CHAPTER 2

It starts (the kidnapping)

At last it was time. The next morning we wanted to go. Everyone was excited. Jenny said: "We'll meet at 6:00 am with me." Then everyone went home.

4:00 p.m. Anika's phone rang. It was Jette. She sounded excited. But Anika could calm her down. Then Jette said that the train was stuck in Berlin for some reason. So we had to go by train earlier.

The two agreed to meet at 4.40am at Jette's. After that, they wanted to wake everyone up. This happened in the shortest possible time and 5.10am, we stood with packed suitcases at Jenny's front door. Martin rang the doorbell. Fortunately, Jenny was already awake. She asked us, "What are you doing here?" Jette told her the story.

10 minutes later we were at the Stralsund train station because Jenny's parents drove us.

The tickets were already at the counter. Therefore, after everyone had received the tickets, we were able to go to the train. Then it already started. Everything was fine up to Berlin.

But suddenly we heard this strange announcement. It was kind of scary and mysterious at the same time. Everyone was silent.

After a while Martin took out his computer and had the voice he had recorded analyzed. It took a while for the computer to come to a conclusion. But this shocked us all. We became restless and asked ourselves many questions.

In addition, everyone agreed that the other passengers should not learn anything at first.

But we couldn't keep secret for a long time that the train was kidnapped. You would find out anyway. So we told them. Some screamed and others remained calm.

Fortunately, there was also a police officer among the passengers. This immediately called his colleagues.

Suddenly many shots and the door was opened by force. Panic broke out and people ran through the car. It was terrible. But we could calm her down again. Then everyone looked the kidnapper in the eye. He had such a cold and scary look that we were startled.

This man came up to us with the pistol loaded. Now he chose 7 people whom he wanted to take hostage. He said to Martin and Evelyn: "For both of you, I'm going to get a large ransom." We were shocked.

Then all the hostages were moved to another wagon. There was no light there. It was really scary. But we encouraged each other so that nobody was so scared anymore.

In the other car the others considered how they could free us. But nobody had an idea. Everyone had to process everything first. The policeman said after a while that the kidnapper had to be trapped. But he didn't know how, either.

It was desperate

At the same time, in the other wagon, some became very restless and had hallucinations. They were just talking crazy stuff. The others tried to calm these people down, but they failed. It was really terrible.

Now back to those who wanted to liberate others. Everyone was still thinking when they suddenly heard dogs barking. Everyone wondered where the noise came from. Everyone was calm. After a while a woman said: "It comes from the baggage car." We agreed with her. The policeman went to this door, opened it, and revealed: Max and Lisa. They immediately ran to us. Anika said: "The two must have followed us and then accidentally been locked in the trunk." Jette agreed.

Suddenly a man had a great idea. Because he said, "I have it. The two could drive the kidnapper away with their loud barking and, if that doesn't help, bite him. ”That was really the saving idea. So we sent them off.

Suddenly you heard 6 shots. Everyone hoped that nobody was hurt.

After about 10 minutes, the kidnapper came screaming from the wagon. Max and Lisa came behind him. They did it.

We stopped at the next station and the police were waiting for the man. He admitted everything.

The hostages were freed and fortunately were unharmed. After this horror, everyone was taken to a hotel by bus. We got the best rooms and a servant who brought us anything we wanted. Max and Lisa even got a minder so that nothing would happen to them while we were in this hotel.
